Warranty Terms
Radiant Electric Heat, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the panel(s) are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and the steel element is guaranteed against failure due to defects for a period of five (5) years from date of installation. Warranty on our portable heaters is for one (1) year at time of shipment.
Should the steel element prove defective within the five year period, the steel element should be returned to the local dealer, or, if none, returned prepaid directly to Radiant Electric Heat, Inc., N112W14600 Mequon Road, Germantown, WI 53022 .
The manufacturer agrees to replace, F.O.B. factory, any Radiant Heater steel element which fails in normal service within the five year period. Charges for the replacement of the steel are to be determined on a prorated basis starting one year after date panel is installed.
This warranty does not apply to any part which has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or to any damage caused by improper wiring, transportation, flood, fire or acts of God, and we make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not manufactured by us.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of said panels or any part thereof.
The warranty registration card should be filled out and returned immediately upon completion of the panel installation.
